1. Sponsor

This contest is run by Don't Spend Just Win (DSJW) ("Sponsor") and operated at dontspendjustwin.web.app.

2. No Purchase Necessary

Participation is completely free. All gameplay uses free virtual points that cannot be purchased and have no cash value except as a prize described below.

3. Contest Period

The contest runs from July 20, 2026 through December 25, 2026. Weekly scoring periods run Monday through Sunday. Sponsor's systems are the official timekeeper.

4. Who Can Enter

Open to legal United States residents who are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in their state). Employees of Sponsor and their households are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

5. How to Play

Create a free account with a valid email. Each week, every account gets a free 1,000 points to play with — points can never be purchased. Play the games to win or lose points. One account per person; multiple or automated accounts are prohibited.

6. How Winners Are Decided

Weekly: your point total during the current week. Grand Prize: the total of your winnings above the free 1,000 each week, banked at the end of each week and added up across the contest. The free 1,000 and losing weeks do not add to your grand-prize total. Ties are broken by whoever reached the score first. Sponsor's scoring is final.

7. Prizes

Each week: 1st place $1,000, 2nd place $500, 3rd place $250. Grand Prize (once, at the end): the highest grand-prize total as of December 25, 2026 wins $10,000. Prizes are non-transferable; no cash substitution except by Sponsor.

8. Winner Verification

Winners must be verified before any prize is paid. Sponsor will contact potential winners at their account email. To claim, a winner must confirm identity, age, and eligibility and provide any tax forms and releases Sponsor requests. Anyone who cheats, uses bots, exploits bugs, or tampers with scoring is disqualified and forfeits all prizes.

9. Taxes

Winners are responsible for all taxes on prizes. Sponsor will report prize winnings as required by law and issue tax forms (such as a 1099) to winners who receive $600 or more in a calendar year. A valid taxpayer ID may be required to receive a prize.

10. General Conditions

By entering you agree to these rules and to Sponsor's decisions, which are final. Sponsor may disqualify anyone tampering with the contest and may suspend or modify the contest if fraud or technical problems affect its integrity.

11. Limitation of Liability

By participating, you release Sponsor from any liability arising from participation or from acceptance or use of a prize, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

12. Privacy

Information you provide (such as your email) is used to run the contest, verify winners, and contact you about prizes.
